The Live Video Chat Encoder (LVCE) works on virtually any PC running Windows with a webcam. It also has built-in support for high quality camcorders, HD Cams and audio devices. Your LIVS powered website re-broadcasts this video to hundreds of even thousands of other users logged in to your website. The streams are secure so only authorized users of your website may tune-in and interact with your Live Internet Broadcaster in any of several available modes including Free Chat, or Pay Per Second Chat modes including Semi-Private, Private, and Trial Mode.

But that's not all. Just like a television network, you can also rebroadcast that very same feed to other websites. Using our unique Virtual Studio software (if applicable), You can provide your feeds for free, or charge them per-second on each Pay Per Second chat mode described above.

The unique built-in virtual studio Internet Broadcaster-Sharing feature gives you the option to sign on your own Internet Broadcasters and choose from other online Internet Broadcasters to round out your Broadcaster list from the minute your site is launched.
