CHATVIBE is a compact program that your chat hosts will
download from your website once you have approved their new
accounts. It works easily with just about any type of camera,
from a standard 'web-cam' up to high-end camcorders. ChatVibe
also offers full support for 16:9 "Wide Screen" and
HD Cameras! The encoder transmits their simultaneous live
video and audio to our servers and data center and then directly
to your paying customers.
Performer Hardware Requirements
Virtually any PC from any manufacturer will run Chatvibe. The
minimum hardware and software requirements are:
- A "PC" Computer with Intel Pentium 4 or AMD
CPU
- 256 Megabytes of Ram
- Logitech or similar USB "Web Cam"
- PC Microphone
- DSL or Broadband Internet connection
- Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP.
For your performers to provide top quality video to your
website, a faster and more up to date machine is strongly recommend:
- A "PC" Computer with an Intel Dual-Core Pentium
4, 2.0 GHz or faster
- 512 Megabytes of Ram
- Camcorder style camera and tripod
- A direction "Shotgun" or lapel Microphone
- DSL or Broadband Internet connection
- Microsoft Windows XP Home, Professional or Media Edition
